Sadhita was ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order in 2004 and given his name which means 'he who is well accomplished in the Dharma'.
Training in various forms of yoga over the course of more than twenty years, he now runs a yoga teacher training program based upon essential Buddhist teachings, along with his co-teacher Order member friend Sudaka.
Both Sudaka and Sadhita are registered elders with the IYN (International Yoga Network). Their yoga teaching and teacher training is based upon the Satipattana system of mindfulness development taught by Buddha Sakyamuni around 500 BC.
Sadhita lives in Spain and had been a member of the Guhyaloka community for five years. Now he lives in Valencia and is involved in various dharma related projects including helping to search for a suitable retreat centre for Spain.
He is currently studying photography at the Espai de art fotographic institute in Valencia.
