When we lead the Dharma life and move towards a more fully human one, the imagination is an essential part of that journey. Wolf at the Door offers you the chance to adventure in the Imagination through the practice of writing, meditation and ritual.
No prior experience of writing is needed. We ask that you are familiar with the basic Triratna meditation practices and puja and have a regular meditation practice as they are not taught on the retreat. Also that you have been on retreat previously.

The imagination makes available and harmonises what may seem contrary energies within us and makes the spiritual life possible – but we do not always have the courage to open its doors, nor does today’s society always value or allow time for such experiences. Through writing, meditation and ritual, Wolf at the Door retreats offer a friendly and nurturing way of exploring this often neglected but essential faculty.

When we lead the Dharma life or move towards a more fully human one, the realm of the imagination beckons. Yet we do not always have the courage to pass its borders. Wolf at the Door offers you the chance to adventure in the Imaginal through the practice of writing, meditation and ritual. No prior writing experience is needed, but we ask that you know the basic Triratna practices.
