Nature is for many of us a vital source of spiritual nourishment in an increasingly busy world. On this retreat we’ll be taking a step back from our everyday lives and immersing ourselves in the wild and beautiful natural world of Dhanakosa.
Awakening our senses to the different elements of the surrounding landscape, we will cultivate a deeper sense of connection with nature through meditation and nature awareness practice. To help ground our experience we will have a daily practice of Qi Gong. The retreat will also include some simple Buddhist ritual and chanting, with an emphasis on connecting with nature.
This retreat is suitable for complete beginners to meditation and Qi Gong as well as those who already have some experience.
