Women's Meditation
With mindfulness, we become intimate with our own heart/mind, and train in how to practice the discipline of meditation as taught by the Buddha, with the ultimate aim of liberation.
Mindfulness. Metta/Lovingkindness. This retreat is time to work with deepening our practices in a shared space. Wearing in new grooves of habit, based on love, kindness, witness, openness and leading to wisdom/insight into the true nature of things.
