A Thousand Ways to Kneel and Kiss the Ground
'Let the beauty we love be what we do,
There are a thousand ways to kneel and kiss the ground' - Rumi
You're welcome to join Sraddhadharani online for the October half-day retreat. Using these lines from Rumi, through meditation, reflection and discussion, we will explore our connection with the ground - this earth on which we live. What do we love about our planet Earth? What do we find beautiful and what gets in the way? What ways might we want to kneel and kiss the ground?
Please join the retreat at 10.15 to settle and say hello. The zoom room will be locked at 10.30 and we'll stay online through to the end of the retreat at 1pm. As well as the meditation period there will be hourly breaks built in to refresh your energy. This is a chance to come together in shared practice once more.
This retreat will be running online using the zoom meeting platform. This works in most web browsers, and you can also get free apps for all major mobile platforms too. You don’t need to pay for an account to take part.
Bookings will close at 4pm on Tuesday 12th October.
