September half-day retreat

You're welcome to join us online for the September half-day retreat. We'll spend the morning exploring the theme through the practice of meditation, a short talk and small group reflections.

Please join the retreat at 10.15 to settle and say hello. The zoom room will be locked at 10.30 and we'll stay online through to the end of the retreat at 1pm. As well as the meditation period there will be hourly breaks built in to refresh your energy. This is a chance to come together in shared practice once more.

Introductory weekend - ONLINE

The online introductory weekend offers an excellent short introduction to Buddhism and Meditation.  We will cover two simple traditional meditation practices and give you grounding in the basic principles of Buddhism.  They provide an ideal situation in which to take a fresh look at yourself and your life.

The online retreat will run on the zoom meeting platform. This works in most web browsers, and you can also get free apps for all major mobile platforms too. You don’t need to pay for an account to take part.
