Want to speak out freely and easily? Deepen the art of listening? Tackle difficult conversations with confidence?
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) offers skills to open our hearts, be more alive to our values and, to express ourselves without blame or guilt. Communication input will be interwoven with meditation, simple ritual, some periods of silence, free time and fun.
These retreats are open to all. They are suitable for both beginners and those with more experience but no previous experience is assumed. All these retreats include introductory meditation teaching and periods of silence.
