Dancing the Unknown

Movement exercises will be used on this retreat to support, explore and deepen meditation practice. By moving our physical body we can be more present and engaged in this moment only, leaving the next one to come freely without assumptions, allowing thought and feelings to come and go without holding on. The programme will be appreciative and playful and is suitable for anybody who wants to explore physical and vocal expression in a supportive environment.
