going deeper - embodied awakening (women's meditation)

Friday, 30 June 2017 to Friday, 7 July 2017 2017

From the seat of meditation, we meet our experience in its entirety. What do we do next?

It is in our direct embodied experience we are able to witness the truth of this moment, and we will learn to be with what we find without covering it up or distorting it. This moves us into the uncharted territory of learning to go beyond our caught habits, and to feel the release of liberation associated with this radical experience of letting go.

Friday, 12 July 2019 to Friday, 19 July 2019 2019

Become more intimate with your heart/mind. We follow the direct advice of the Buddha how to practise drawing closer to our experience. This took him to the liberation of insight and he assures us if we practise with sincerity and an open heart, we can find that freedom too.

Practising together we find the support to witness and engage with ourselves with love and kindness. Join us!
