Yoga

Traditional and contemporary approaches to yoga help to create a supportive context for the practice of meditation, and help foster awareness of body and self in a refreshing and powerful retreat context. All retreats include meditation instruction, periods of silence, and introduction to the Buddhist tradition including elements of Buddhist ritual. 

No previous experience of yoga is necessary so these retreats are suitable for complete beginners, and they are also a good refresher for those who already have some experience.
