Yoga and Tai Chi
Body based movement forms, such as yoga and tai chi, help to create a supportive context for the practice of meditation, and help foster awareness of body and self in a refreshing and powerful retreat context.
All retreats include meditation instruction, periods of silence, and introduction to the Buddhist tradition including elements of Buddhist ritual, appropriate to the level of the retreat. No experience is necessary.
